Mycena interrupta, commonly known as the Pixie’s Parasol, is a captivating mushroom species found in the lush forests of Australia and New Zealand. True to its enchanting name, this fungus boasts a slender, blue-green stem topped with a translucent cap resembling a delicate parasol. This mushroom looks like it belongs to a fairytale. I love to paint it in fact I have painted it multiple times.
